I dont see the need to debate
Everyone doesn't have to do everything together. If ppl wanna do something you can't afford then find something affordable to do yourself and meet up after or never lolz

But sometimes there are things that u will wanna do as a group, restaurants u wanna go to,  hotels u wanna stay at, etc.  At the point that ur staying in a different hotel,  not participating in excursions,  and eating at mickey Ds while we out 5 starring it.....

Honestly ppl already usually know who their broke friends are anyway so if you invite them you should already know they're not gonna be able to participate in super expensive things unless you're willing to help pay their way in

I've done this before and never again.

I can't travel with a broke and/or cheap bitch, like Bow said, it's very limiting and it makes me resentful of that person tbh. Stay home in your struggle.

It's not elitist, it's actually quite selfish on that individual's part. If you gotta be on a tight budget for the vacation, then it just seems like you don't need to go. Why take away from everybody else's experience because you can't afford to do things? A vacation is a luxury, not a necessity. You don't have to go...

nobody said the broke friend was DEMANDING accommodation. if YOU invite your friend on a trip and they say money is tight, it makes sense to accommodate them or just keep it pushing because YOU invited THEM.
