Who do you think will be coined the next "Denzel" or "Halle's" of our time?

Wish I could note Ker's acting. She's been playing the same one-dimensional role in Scandal for years.

:hmph:
dssssssssss

kerry is terrible

that bitch does that blank stare for EVERY type of role
her lip quivering.... :hmph:

AIDS!

I think Michael B Jordan is more Will Smith, than Denzel
Idris is up there imo

And for male..... idk. I can see Michael B Jordan being the next Will Smith. The go to black actor for every high profile action film.

Even after Fantastic Flop?

Flop movies don't really impact negatively

They usually bring attention to stars anyway

*eye squint, fake deep monologue, lip quiver*

the times of having Denzels and Halles are as long gone as having Whitneys and Toni's.
I don't agree with this. There will another set of black actors that are "good enough" to be Alist and the rest will be left to tyler perry roles  n EBT originals.  Iono who will make the cut but kerry is one of em
Wow wow
This is why my love for you never waivers  :'(

Zoe just need a role where shes taken seriously

She's already developed/ing a decent filmography

The Nina role (supposedly due out soon) could be that but...

Do u actually watch the show? like every episode?
Because that's far from true ..
She has range and shows it .. Even though her character has to maintain a great deal of vulnerability to maintain the consistency of the show she showcases variety

Gabrielle Union should have been that next A-list hollywood Queen, somewhere she fucked up.
she just isn't as versatile. never really stretched

Mel.

I don't think anyone right now fits that title.
Denzel just HAS IT!

I don't think any male has the star power or ability he has.

Brit Brat

Yea... Gabby always plays the same role, but idk if thats necessarily her fault though. I feel like some of these gorls could shock us and BOOK if given the opportunity to expand. The doors just aren't open for all of them to get through. Sad..
