I disagree. When ppl make jokes or have a dark humor about these type of things, it shows that they don't take these matters seriously. Biologically once a girl gets her period she's old enough to carry a child. So in that regard I kinda agree with Malcolm but that doesn't mean it's okay.   Some girls get their periods as young as nine.  Elementary schools have sanitary napkin disposals in their restrooms.  Being able to procreate biologically has NOTHING to do with the mental capacity to engage in a sexual relationship with a grown man.

I agree though that kids are off-limits.  I'm frankly disgusting that consent laws are often under 18, but R Kelly couldn't even abide by that rule.

Unlike you, I researched objectively.  Read the court transcripts and looked at the case presented.  If MJ was on a video peeing on little boys, there would be no argument from me for castrating and locking him up.

I've actually read court documents too and MJ is a pedo. No pissing video needed. His accusations were disturbing but even if I mention them you will find a way to claim that they were seeking fame and money just like the other MJ stans.

The accusations were disturbing.  It doesn't mean they were true though.  For instance, they caught the accuser in a lie on the witness stand.  They could only explain all the straight porn in MJ's possession by saying he used it to arouse the boys so he could molest them.  The boy was asked several times on the stand if the porn they had in evidence was what he was shown.  Several times, he said yes, he remembered the magazines and covers MJ showed him while at Neverland, and the ones presented in evidence were it.

And then the prosecution pointed out that was a mf'in lie since the magazines were published after the time period the boy and his family testified they were at Neverland, once they had left and didn't return.  The boy started back pedaling on the witness stand, but everyone could see he was caught in a lie and couldn't possibly have seen what he said he was shown in that porn stash.  The prosecution exposed all the family's lies and their history of scamming, and they had no credibility.

So, you don't have to tell me about the accusations because I read ALL the transcripts from the trial.  I'm not going to blindly support or defend someone without knowing the facts.

I'm not going to read this essay. All I will say is that I read up on MJ. I didn't really think any thing of his case until someone sent me a link about and I read an interview and some other documents. It reminded me of how I felt when I read on Sandusky's mess. It's very similar.

Once again, in the documents regarding his case. She was said to be 15. That was based on the FBI talking to the alleged girl's families. You can post as many links you want. I go by facts and actual court documents. And regarding his raid, there wasn't any kiddie mess in his collection. It was all adult porn and the police hard turn it right over to him.

Ok then how did a witness say he taped them having sex with the 13 year-old girl?  The links are obviously reporting what is in court record since they were covering the trial at the time.  The witness may have been wrong but YOU said I was lying and that "no one said she was 13."  I specifically said articles.  Sparkle, her aunt, was interviewed in 2002 once the tape leaked and said her niece was 14 at time time.  And again, who cares if she were 15?  Still underage.    You're ignoring that they found kiddie porn on him in Florida but he got off on a technicality?
