Vocals doesn't just mean "ability".  Okay, maybe GaGa could outsing her on a technical level, but tone is just as important.  And Rihanna's tone on any track > GaGa's.  GaGa's belting and carrying on sounds disgusting to me.  Especially those forced grunts and growls.

So, I still say Rih > GaGa when it comes to vocals.

90% of the time Rihanna just sounds better.

Rihanna never sounds like anything live. She's forever pitchy (Stay), forever dodging notes (What Now, Pour it Up), and she's just inconsistent overall. A Gaga vocal is on key on average. And she has vocal tone versatility out of this world. She's Queen tbh

Her discography is better than Li, and Brandy and Monica's HITS are way more iconic and plentiful than Li and Ashanti's 2 songs tbh.
