Get a Sativa strand of tree to be bubbly and fun, or Indica if you wanna chill. Take small hits of your blunt or bowl, or small bites of it if it's a pastry/brownie. If it's a candy edible let the candy dissolve in your mouth, don't be in a rush to eat it. if it's a drink sip slow and time your self every 30 min till you feel it, when you do, stop and just enjoy until you can handle more.
