I was never for this song as a single...
but opinions lie, numbers dont!

Rather be is my 3rd most played Brandy song ever. And my shot had been counting plays since Obama first term.

I was surprised to see that, but it makes sense in retrospect. Every time the song plays, I have to run it back one or twice or three times +, without even thinking about it.

I liked "Rather Be" initially but to it was just a cute album track. But I've grown to love it ! Such a great track.

Urban AC would have ate this song up I think.
